Shipping Policy

Welcome to Grace Baby’s Shipping Policy. This is where we explain how your order magically appears at your doorstep — or at least how it's supposed to!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless we’re distracted by snacks or a sudden nap. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which may or may not include a tracking number that works. The tracking number should become active within 24–48 hours, unless it gets lost in cyberspace.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! Maybe. Probably. Depends on the country, the laws, and whether our courier feels like it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, eaten by wild animals, or delivered to the neighbor's house where no one ever answers the door.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and your saddest emoji at support@gracebabycompany.com
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- The Bermuda Triangle
- The moon (yet)
- PO Boxes in alternate dimensions
- Anywhere our delivery team can’t find on Google Maps
Return Policy
We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to make a return, here’s the deal:
- Condition Counts: Only unused, unworn items in their original packaging (aka, looking as fabulous as the day they arrived) will be accepted. If it looks like it’s been through a toddler playdate or a spin cycle, we reserve the right to kindly say “no thanks.”
- Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the return postage—because sadly, our carrier pigeons are still on strike.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (lotion, diapers, etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Timing: Please initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order so we can process it before it forgets who you are.
- We Reserve the Right: To refuse any item that looks used, washed, damaged, or mysteriously altered in any way. Refused items cannot be refunded or returned, so please double-check before sending anything back!
